How do I place an order?

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment is made through PayPal. 

Please confirm that you have the correct shipping address attached to your PayPal account.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel the same day the order is received.  

Should there be any concerns regarding your shipment we will supply you with the tracking number upon request. ​

We use Paypal for secured payment and protection. This is the only form of payment accepted.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

We will accept returns on orders if you make a claim within 24 hours of receiving the order. All items cannot be opened or tampered with in any way.  Please ensure that you have included your name, address and phone number in the box. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
